Refund and Return Policy

By placing an order, you agree to this policy. We reserve the right to update it with notice.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Non-FMCG Products

(e.g., bottles, bags, baskets, etc.)

We accept returns within 07 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

FMCG Products

(e.g., perfumes, cosmetics, food related products)

No refunds or returns under any circumstances due to hygiene and expiration concerns.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@crawford2u.com within 07 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  2. We'll issue a return authorization (RA) label if approved—typically within 48 hours.
  3. Ship the item back using the RA label within 7 days (customer pays shipping unless defective).
  4. Once received and inspected (within 5 business days), we'll process your refund.

Refunds

  • Issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may apply for damaged packaging.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment via dashboard or email.
  • Approved refunds processed within 5 business days.
  • No cancellations after shipment.

Exceptions

  • Defective or Wrong Item: Full refund or exchange with free return shipping.
  • Personalized Items: Non-returnable unless defective.
